The hotel was not easy to spot from the road and the taxi had to pay in order to leave the gated parking lot. Our room felt more like a dorm room. The Expedia description said breakfast was included but we were charged 10EUR each plus another city tax. I had prepaid and there were taxes and municipal fees listed on my receipt. There was no soap in the shower and very little at the sink. We were given a new bottle as soon as we asked. Everything was clean, just a little worn in places. I’d say the site is very functional but not posh at all.

Very basic, but clean, not far from ruisbroek station, convenient for Brussels midi just 2 stops away. Staff work hard breakfast we had 1 morning very busy , okay for a stay for a couple of nights.

Room small but enough for night or two, I think bunk bed over regular one is great idea and space savers which we and my son liked very much . However maintain cleanliness may be challenging and unfortunately we could see lots of dirts between bed frame and mattress , and floor in the room didn't looked very clean. Except of this room was great for the price, breakfast one of best we had in the hotel and staff very pleasant and helpful .

It was okay - not for me though. The wc doesn’t have the lock - why ??? It has sensor in there, that means you need to keep moving in order to keep the light on.. May be good for students or singles but won’t recommend for family unless you are using n budget !

Nice, quiet and convenient for s stay

Ibis was à Nice place for us. Close to a train station, 2 stations away from gare du midi downtown and they’re offering breakfast buffet for €10 extra every morning. Could have been half the amount… Overall it’s a pleasant place.

no cleaning crew

I had to leave out the trash myself bc no one took it out, and when I went to talk to one of the cleaning staff the female ran and closed the door to the room so I would not even talk to her. I complained and they only took trash then but never cleaned the bathroom it had hairs that were not mine so I never got to take a bath.
