Hotel was pretty, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was great too. The location was a short distance from major sites and shopping area but in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Brussels.

The hotel was walking distance to the metro and had a lot of nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast was good ($16 a person). The room was nice and very clean. The sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable but the other beds were comfortable.

I had a very comfortable 3 night stay at The Scott hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels. The hotel was located in a quiet residential area, but only a short walk to transport, shopping and dining options. The room was very spacious and the beds are King (not queen) sized. Things I wish the hotel would provide/improve on are: a mini fridge, keycard requirement for elevator use (greater security), and control over the underfloor heating–the room was always so hot because of this.

Room was clean and comfortable. Small bar area in the lobby. Unfortunate Issue over a child’s breakfast - one staff member was extremely rude clearing away breakfast items before we had a chance to eat anything. Spraying the sides down and clearing all food away before guests had finished. He said ‘eat it or don’t eat it - I don’t care’ Not what you expect from a reputable hotel or people working in hospitality. This was a real shame and left bad taste. As we left we were charged €94 Euro despite only owing €10 - so not sure there was a systematic process in place. Good location. Would stay else where on return to Brussels though.

Travelling with family,we were very skeptical first before booked this hotel,but it was wonderful, satff to hotel conditions, super clean,good location, close to international main train terminal to take trains to Brugge and Gents, 15min walk,wonderfulvarietyod breakfast, anything we said to receptionist, getting done quickly,room was wonderfull super clean,the big hotel chains should learn a lot from The Scott Hotel in Brussels,we all as 3 family members giving this hotel 5 STARS!!keep up good work guys!

Room was not ready when checking in although it was over 1 hour after checkin time. After standing at the checkin desk for more than 15 minutes for the clerk to try to find a room, which he did not know what to do, I asked to be upgraded just so we could get a room. We had booked a room with a balcony, since none were available we got a bigger room. Room was big and bright but no cozy deco which we were expecting when booking this hotel. We had a king bed and an extra double bed which was useless for only 2 of us. We were a bit let down by the experience.

The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our only problem was the only elevator broke and was unusable the morning of our departure. The six flights were steep and circular and very disturbing for two older travelers. The desk man did go up for our luggage but I had to go up as well for additional items. We came to understand why they asked us our preference for floors. I would recommend choosing a lower floor….but would definitely stay here again if in Brussels.

Hotel was lovely, tastefully decorated and to a good standard. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms a touch warm so needed the air con on as the windows only opened a touch. Staff could do with smiling when you check in, felt like it was a bit on an inconvenience but it was fine. Couldn’t check in till 3 which they advertise and happy to look after luggage so you can venture out to the city.

The Reception replied that they only provide water bottles and coffee , tea bags...ect for the first day stay ..if you stay a bit longer you have to prepare by yourself. The room without Kettle except coffee machine. I got the experience even though you put confirmed by the machine that you need to clean daily and put the cleaning requirement sign at the door, they still didn't clean the room until we back at 5:15pm....and the reception said they would come to clean but we all there already...

Very nice hotel with all that you could need.

Very nice hotel and amenities. The morning attendant at the front desk for check in is so amazing, helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The afternoon attendant was not, he did not want to answer our questions or help. It was a very nice hotel with excellent bedding, bathrooms and I would highly recommend it. The same morning attendant held our bags for us after check out so we could attend a tour. I thought the stairway was very pretty and no hassle at all. We really enjoyed our rooms, the hotel s as me stay. The nespresso machine in the room was very appreciated. Highly recommend!
