they charged $35 dollar for early check in when there was practically no one in the hotel. I've traveled all around the world and honestly I've never been charged money when my room is all ready. Second, I had to leave and come home a few hours after I checked in and paied the early check-in fee, I would think that out of customer service courtesy, the wouldn't charge me the full amount. But the front desk manager kept saying it is policy. Leaders need to assess how they treat their customers. Customer service and empathy matters. The hotel is empty. I was one of the few cars there. There is a reason

My husband and I had an over all good experience. There was trouble with the AC in our room, but the manager found us a room with a working AC unit. We really appreciated the great service that we had while staying at the Best Western College Station.
