A/C and heat system is not well maintained. It did work and my family had to change room. Very hectic. Gaylord management paid us $100 for the inconveniences... after I was very unhappy with the experience and the unfriendly tone that the service people told us to move to the other room.

The room was clean and I was able to check in early. When I reserved the room, there were only king beds available. Upon check, I was informed I good get a room with doubles which enhanced my stay.
