Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
- A very foul smell running through the corridor into our room which interrupted our sleep throughout the stay and could not get proper rest.
- There were no locks for bathroom door, and they were quite outdated. On one instance one of us got locked inside and we had to wait roughly 20 minutes to get the help needed. This resulted in excessive panic and hyperventilation for my friend who was locked inside.
- Our bedding was not changed even once during our 4 nights stay. Although I appreciate that this could be how they operate, but we requested for the bedding to be changed.
- We were unable to open the attic doors and there was no aid provided for the same. This was much needed due to the ever-present foul smell in the room.
- There was only one glass in the room (for 3 people) and even upon requesting, they would not adhere to it.
- It was quite unacceptable that there were towels with hair locks which I took to the desk and they seemed fairly unapologetic about the same.
- There was no tea or coffee bags in the room and we had to always fetch them ourselves on a daily basis. This is a basic amenity in the most basic of hotels.
