Good for overnight stay

The hotel room was a smoking room although I requested non-smoking, but the main problem was the heat that wasn't in working condition so it was pretty chilly. I only stayed a few hours in this hotel so I didn't see the rest of the premises. The room itself was clean and has a lot of space. The front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

A viable option for Belgrano

This was once a nicer hotel...which apparently is now being run not as a fitness center or spa, but just as a hotel. The rooms were clean, but all the amenities were similar to Motel 6--cheap soap, etc. But if you want to stay in this area, the rooms are large, and they include a microwave and dining area, as well.

es un hotel útil para mi porque queda cerca del lugar donde tengo que estar en Buenos Aires y se puede salir en vehiculo al momento de salir de la ciudad, sin muchas complicaciones. el desayuno es bueno y la habitación es comoda. debería tener un TV mas moderno (Actual 21" de tubo) donde no se ve muy bien el resto bien y además es economico

Apart con bondades y falencias

Nos alojamos allí debido a la proximidad con un sanatorio donde se encontraba un familiar internado. La zona muy buena. El desayuno completo y el personal sumamente atento . Al llegar nos ubicaron en una habitación pequeña .no tenía las dimensiones prometidas y además había una columna muy voluminosa en medio de la misma. El baño,regular. La ropa de cama bastante deteriorada y las toallas medio grisáceas. Al día siguiente planteamos estos detalles y nos cambiaron la habitación .La nueva era amplia y cómoda pero el aparato de aire acondicionado no se podía graduar ni apagar, debíamos desenchufarlo porque la habitación estaba muy fría (afuera 37 grados) Las cortinas estaban percudidas y manchadas. El baño con muchos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, por ejemplo el toallero totalmente oxidado.

El hotel necesita renovarse en mobiliario.

Tuve un pequeño inconveniente a la llegada con el baño sucio. Y el AA que no funcionaba. Pero fue resuelto en un par de horas. El desayuno estaba bien. Y la.limpieza en general tambien. El hotel necesita renovarse en cuanto a mobiliario.

Hotel costo/comodidad bueno

Experiencia en general positiva. Lugar relativamente bien ubicado para moverse a cualquier lado con transporte publico. Lamentablemente toda la cuadra esta en pleno trabajo de refaccion por lo que es imposible llegar en taxi hasta la puerta.
