Love the location and close to AEP airport. Room are so quiet and comfortable. Shopping to Florida street easy. And lots of dining options around.

Second visit as very good location

Great location for the central city attractions and good room for the price. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor which could have been dangerous as it kept wet all day. The check-in process was okay except that the room wasn't ready until nearly 4pm which was very disappointing as we'd arrived at 10am and had waited until 3pm to come and get our room. We never found the rooftop bar on floor 7, even though we went to the next door building, more clarity on this place would be helpful.

First room had a broken shower so was allocated another room. Then there were power cuts throughout the day and evening which also meant AC didn't work most of the time. Hotel didn't offer any VIP amenities. I requested the upgrade and they relented. This hotel is more a 2* than 4*. Waste of money. Not good for those with mobility access. No ramp for wheelchair access

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is a spacious front desk area where we were able to hang out with our friends. I loved the location, close to the historic centre. The room was large and comfortable although the furniture is looking old, and there was no safe in our room.

Classic gem on plaza de Maya

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Rooftop pool is a true delight if you’re visiting during the Argentine summer. Staff was uniformly excellent- friendly and helpful. The only slight ding (and it’s slight!) is that in both bedrooms in our room, the only electrical outlet was on the wall opposite the bed so if you need your phone charging next to you on the nightstand better bring a 12 foot cable… other than that, perfect.

We stayed in room 404. When the AC is on it blows directly onto the bed so ask for an extra blanket. The continental breakfast had a very nice selection. The location is great. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Plaza de Majo. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby.

Loved our stay at the NH City Buenos Aires. Our room was comfortable, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. We loved the location as well, right by Plaza Mayor, and enjoyed walking from the hotel to restaurants, tango lessons, shows, and milongas. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

No Frills Stay

We returned after a 12-day cruise to Antarctica. Check-in was okay, although I had to reiterate that, as a Gold member of Expedia, one of the benefits was a room upgrade. As a result, we were given a complimentary upgrade. I also had to request slippers, as it seems the housekeeping staff forgot to leave them after cleaning the room. The liquid soaps in both the sink and the shower had run out. Since it was just a transit point for us, the stay was adequate.
