Things need to be updated—several stains (I hope that’s what they were). Breakfast was lacking—eggs not warm and fresh, but Canadian ham was good! And I slept better than I thought I would in the bed—it was comfortable!

We stayed three nights. The staff was very nice. Our room had a big stain on the carpet, the lamp shade had gross stains on it. The room needed a good cleaning! I wiped common areas down because I didn’t trust it to be clean. Breakfast was good. The interstate was noisy and could be heard in our room.

The front desk employee took over 45 minutes to check me in, stating they no longer are contracted with expedia. She had me call Expedia and their customer service/billing department were able to contact the hotel and get things sorted out. However, I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes after driving 9 hours. I've always had such a fast, smooth experience utilizing expedia for reservations

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly! Only complaint I have, but it wasn’t a deal breaker, is that the fridge in our room wasn’t working. Would definitely stay here again though!

We like the facility and it is in a good location. I would have rated it higher but we had no service of our room when we stayed. We've stayed at other places that had a "we only service your room if requested" but we weren't given that information if in fact it is the case. Otherwise the place was very good.

The staff was lovely, but not so much to make up for a property that appears not to have been maintained for a long time. Television didn't work, doors did not close completely, there were unfilled cracks in tile and plaster, and in general, the property was not clean.
