Extremely disappointing

The hotel itself is terrible. The rooms are very small. If you open the sleeper sofa, you can’t get to the door. There was used plastic silverware in the chair cushion. Dirty walls, very stained furniture. The refrigerator was broken. Even the luggage cart was broken. We were scheduled to stay 5 nights. We checked out in 10 hours. I will say the managers on duty were amazing! They both did all they could to make it right. However with the hotel being sold out, there wasn’t much they could have done. I do appreciate their understanding and kindness.

Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Monica and David at the front desk. Rooms were clean and property in a quiet area with ample parking. Does need some maintenance to ice machines and fitness room equipment. Overall great stay in close proximity to grocery store and coffee shops as well.
