The hotel lobby was nice and their breakfast was good. Good location for our time in West Seneca. The room was a bit sketchy. The beds weren’t properly made. One bed had no sheets but a blanket and comforter. Felt clean going in but then we would find odd things. The room phone wasn’t plugged into the wall and was a bit broken. Huge crack in the bathroom door. Once we arrived we also found out that the room would only be cleaned every 3rd day. Overall it was okay. For future visits in west Seneca/ Buffalo area we will be staying somewhere else.

Understaffed - one person working when we arrived. He was lovely but being pulled in too many directions. The pool was far too cold - my kids made use of it for all of 30 seconds. The wifi did not work, and as such we are facing roaming charges. When we arrived, the air conditioning was running so much so the room was an uncomfortable 60 degrees and freezing. It was a waste of money, glad we were only staying one night.

When I got to my room the shower nozzle was spraying out the bottom and maintenance had it fixed the next day. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, parking was easy and the place was quiet. Loved that there is grocery gas and coffee shops nearby too. Would stay here again.

Best Hotel Experience

This is our second stay at this hotel in two months, and it is the best hotel I have stayed at. It is super clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is tasty. Whenever we have any issue, they are always quick to solve it. This is the best hotel to stay at, and when I go back to Buffalo again, this will be where I will be staying.

The property was very clean. So was the inside of hotel and my room. The breakfast was a little to be desired, potatoes and omelets were dried out and didnt have a big selection to pick from. My room was really nice but the pillows could have been bigger and softer, otherwise the hotel was really nice.

We stay here every time we come to Buffalo because it so friendly and helpful with information regarding dinning and transportation. The only drawback this stay was we went to breakfast around 6:30 am and the eggs were hard and cold which I didn't expect since they just started at 6am and there was no one to tell about this
