Mecure is a low budget motel which looks great. the room was clean and basically suited our needs for the week however the bathroom is very dated, needs total overhaul, the shower over bath was poor with the portable shower head not being secure in the holder made it difficult to shower without holding the head. The no exhaust fan so bathroom fogs up after first person showers, limited bathroom accessories. The Pool is quite small and if the hotel was full the pool would be too small for any enjoyment. The meals were great, Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menu was very good. Would I stay there again, yes, but only for a couple days.

Was nothing like the photos we originally saw on Wotif, streets surrounding were dirty and felt unsafe walking, staff were lovey and the restaurant food was fantastic. Rooms were very minimal. Ok place to stay for a short visit. We were there 8 days and not overly comfortable for that period of time. Was affordable

We spent four nights here, and it did the job for the low price, and closeness to the airport. The beds were very comfortable, but the bathroom needs a good clean. The staff were so lovely, and the food was extremely well priced and absolutely delicious! It was one of our favourite meals during our whole time in Fiji. I had a massage too, which was great, and there’s also a Burger King and supermarket just up the road which is handy. For a budget, but comfortable option, I would recommend.

Big vinaka to all mercure hotel staff.

The hotel staff was so friendly,helpful and attentive towards guest. Big thanks to the chefs for preparing the lovely breakfast every day and we enjoy our 1 week in the hotel vinaka.

For a Mercure, this hotel was below expectations. The rooms are dated and not well looked after . One speed AC, frayed towels and poor upkeep. Breakfast is limited and was cold . The saving grace - friendly and helpful staff.

Stayed here over 10 years unfortunately no rooms have been updated since then. As a large corporation owns these resorts money needs now to save a great place. Breakfast always great, friendly staff. Bathrooms average.

I booked this hotel with intention to have rest after a long flight which arrived at 8pm. Upon checking I was told sorry we have overbooked and need to relocate you elsewhere. The whole process took almost 3hours and had the worst experience. The hotel booked was not my preferred option and a cheaper option which I could have booked directly had I know. So this was a rip off and they didn’t even offer any compensation. I even had to pay for my breakfast where I was relocated eventhough I booked my room including breakfast. Pathetic and this is the worst thing you can do to your guest who just wanted booked to take some rest after a long flight before taking an onward journey.

I like the location. It was close to supermarkets, restaurants, nightclubs, etc. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Outdoor compound was clean and beautiful.
