Out dated and dirty

Sadly the lobby is the best part of this out dates run down hotel. 25 years ago this place was elegant and beautiful.. now it is dirty and sad. The rugs are so stained it disgusting and the walls have dirt and smears of who knows what all over the faded wallpaper. The beds are way too soft.. like you literally sink in the middle and our shower had nowhere to place any soaps They had a few bottles sitting in the floor of the shower. Save yourself grief and book somewhere else

I didn’t like the fact that no one responds when you call the front desk . Incase you need extra towel you pay extra ,you pay for the complimentary breakfast,the carpet stinks ,the bed is very uncomfortable and now I have a back pain . The pillows are also very uncomfortable. I didn’t like a single thing about the hotel apart from the fact that it’s very convenient and close by restaurants. The beauty outside and by the entrance is very deceiving. Worst experience ever .

Wonderful property! Loved the saltwater tank and the beautiful courtyard. Our room was very nice and really clean. The entire hotel smelled very clean. The only complaints I would have is not having a complimentary breakfast, and some areas the carpet was lifting and wrinkling and creates a trip hazard.

The room was nice, bed was comfortable. The hallway was pretty dingy with a stale smell. Our room was on the end with quiet friends next to us but walking in the hall made me think you could hear the other rooms more than you would like. Price was right for what we got and a super convenient location right off the highway exit and plenty of food/shopping options extremely close. I only would have been disappointed if it cost more than it did.

Big old ornate dated hotel near airport

Big old hotel near the airport. Big ornate lobby and entry area, but dated. Lobby staff friendly and helpful on check-in and check-out. Lobby is nice and big, coffee and water available. Grand entry mezzanine is ornate and dated, carpet is plush and wrinkled, as is carpet in hallways. But room was updated with LVP flooring, HUGE room, king bed, three chairs, desk. Bathroom had big walk in shower but lacked shelf to hold soap and shampoo, but did have modern mixing valve for temp control. Room is partially updated, partially old furniture, eclectic. Internet was fast, AC was quiet. Keurig in room, with mini frig. Microwave available on first floor. I'd stay there again, price is reasonable compared to other hotels in the area that also aren't completely updated either but cost more.

The hotel room was nothing like it was showed on Expedia. It was an old outdated room from the early 1900s . The mattress would sink as soon as some sat. Completely false advertised. Will not be going here. The house keeping never showed up. Had to get the front desk involved

The bed was terrible - lumpy mattress - linens were thin - toilet seat was loose - toilet made a high-pitched noise when flushed. They did provide a shower chair for us. The room was scantily furnished with only 2 very old chairs.
