Stayed here just prior to flying home. Needed a place to stay and the ambiance of this hotel looked really neat. We were up most of the night because the room next door had the tv on all night. Not the hotels fault. In the morning my wife showered and found that we did not have a hair dryer?? No idea why. She went to the front and was told house keeping is not here so I have no dryer. It was 6am so I get it! But where was the hair dryer…. My wife was P.O’ed. Had to leave flight was boarding at 7;15am.

I would not advise staying here. My stay resulted in losing a dress due to a room change from the door not workng properly. Key cards needed reset on multiple occasions even though we were booked for several days. The manager was not helpful and staff never followed up with me on my inquiries regarding the missing dress. I asked about it multiple times at the front desk and they never indicated that the room was searched. The manager's defense was they could not prove the dress was there so would not compensate us for it. They also did not offer compensation for being moved to a different and smaller room due to their equipment not working and being given only a few minutes to move.

This Hotel is one of the best ones I have stayed in in a long time. The room was large and the shower was very nice with modern temperature control ! We really enjoyed the room we had. The bed was very comfortable.
