Excellant hotel. Must say it was a great experince staying here. Maddison at the reception was excellant & looked after us really well. All our requests was available upon our arrival. Cleaning lady Josie was very kind, apparantely sweetest lady on the earth as per my daughter. 😊 Great location, close to station & heeps of food joints, Definitely stay there again if I get the chance. Thank you all.

Can give 4 stars for the room but in total 3 stars for the noisy environment. Room is spacious and very clean. Arranged in a very adequate and comfy way, even better than the 5-star hotel we stayed during the travel. From room only perspective, it is professional. Just very noisy. Not after 1 am, could not fell asleep. In that perspective, not recommended to book (we got up at 1 am to catch up flight, so booked it. Thought noisy won't be that matter, proved to be useless for even a few hours rest).

The staff were friendly. Just a few issues/ suggestions- need microwave in the room, more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning (our plastic chairs that were in the bathroom had poo streaks on them) but overall, good value for money. Close to a lot of shops and the train station.

Very nice unit, has a few problems The stove fan is disgusting dirty. The glass tiles in kitchen let all the night light in room..loots like day light. Very hard to sleep.. Fold our couch has no linen.. The toilet smells, nothing to clean it with.. But overall a great unit .
