The food tastes like it was warmed up . maybe get a air fryer. The parking was safe but the snow was not clear or salted the parking lot was not. You could have had a lot of people falling in your parking lot. You need snow removal as soon as 1 " is on the ground and salted.

I called to ask a question before i completed booking my reservation and the staff member i spoke with was not very friendly. I understand we all have off days, so hopefully this was just an off day for this gentleman.

Room was dirty! Bed linen was dirty and had dog food and hair on the floor. We immediately asked for a refund and was denied and told to come back and talk to manager. When we went back manager wasn’t there ( at the time we were told he would be there). Expedia could never reach manager either. This isn’t even all our complaints! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
