No staff around but not needed during our stay. Convenient location – easy walk to everywhere locally. Parking underneath great. Room big enough and had everything we needed. Shower could have had a bit of bleach on it or maybe renew grout in just a couple of small spots – vent above bath looks full of fluff and fan above bed needs a good clean then all would be excellent. Courtyard was very enjoyable as well – nice spot.

Location was wonderful as close to the river. Bed comfortable. We arrived early and were able to check in as room was ready. Had everything we needed. Would be nice if they did some fixing up in the pool area ie. tiles/cement missing on side of pool etc.

Checkin was easy and the location is excellent. Unfortunately our room is beside the main door to the building and there was noise during the evening as other guests returned through the squeaky door. Otherwise, a pleasant stay, the room was clean and is spacious!

There are no staff on-site when reception is unstaffed, an we got locked outside, in the heat, on our balcony for an hour. Fortunately a neighbour helped us, but this was not the first time this neighbour has helped. Apparently there is a problem with the door and no one has fixed it.

Good to have the option of controlling the air con so it could be on or off, and a good but very little balcony to sit at. No equipment for cooking anything in the microwave except the coffee mugs or bowls, but otherwise all good with easy check in and check out. Easy to walk to South bank too, but a bit of a walk to public transport if it was raining.
