Big rooms with comfortable beds and a walk in closet. Breakfast spread was great with lots of options to take a snack to go. For example, oatmeal, muffins and waffles in individualized packages. Parking free for the week when staying the night- perfect for a family that is flying out of Buffalo airport.

Very comfortable and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast was okay, hot food was great but the breads and pastry was mediocre at best, milk was sour not rotating the inventory is the problem. I will return as the room and bed was very comfortable and staff very friendly but I will go elsewhere for breakfast. This is not the fault of the breakfast staff , the hotel manager needs to budget more for quality food amenities , I’m sure most customers wouldn’t mind paying a bit more on the room rate.

An ok stay

The stay was ok. The pull out couch was in rough shape. The bed was ok at best and the pillow I used was flat. The breakfast was good and the employee filling things was kind and helpful.

Our room was really nice and spacious. I liked the roominess of having a sofa bed with work station in addition to our two queen beds. The bathroom was also spacious, and the shower head was so nice! One drawback was the bathroom door emitting the brightness of the bathroom light if being used in the middle of the night. This hotel will be our go-to when we return when we visit our western New York relatives.

Excellent staff, clean rooms and decent breakfast. The bathroom doors are frosted glass, which is a serious design flaw (because the room lights up someone is using the bathroom). Gym is clean but lacking a variety of Equipment
