Sheraton Vancouver Wall I was definitely not happy with our visit. I checked out at the front desk on the Monday shortly after 1pm. I told the lady at the front desk I was checking out two days early becauseI wasn’t thrilled with our room or the service. The lady at the front desk didn’t even blink an eye when I told her. Her response was “ok I’ll notify housekeeping” When we arrived on Sunday I reminded the front desk I had brought my mum to Vancouver for a relaxing few days to celebrate her 75th birthday. I requested if I could pay to upgrade from the room I originally purchased. I was told that they had already upgraded my room & added something for my mum. When we arrived at the room I noticed it was not an upgrade. The layout was exactly what I had originally purchased. The wine in the fridge was a nice gesture. I would have expected more from the Sheraton. Perhaps maybe a couple of robes & slippers in a nicer room with a better view of the city. A little goes along way. I was also very open to paying for such an upgrade. I had also called ahead to confirm what amenities you supplied for pets. I was told there would be a dog bed & some bowls in the room. Those items were not in our room. The room was not overly clean. Especially the bathroom & the linens. Very soon into our stay in the room my mums eyes became very red, itchy & watering. Room was very clean. The cleaning staff was very correspondent. We stayed in a high floor unit. It was quiet. We didn't use any of the amenities in the hotel. One thing I wish they had in a room is a kettle to boil hot water.

Spotless room, fantastic location, friendly staff, comfortable beds! Stayed in a club room on the 25th floor, the complimentary breakfast was great! They also had free appetizers from 5:30-8 in the club lounge which we didn’t partake in, but was a nice touch. The only downside of the hotel is the gym and pool are quite a walk from the pool/gym.. If that is important to you, request the north tower.

We stayed in a family room in the south tower There is a long hallway lead to the bedroom feels a little weird. Other than that, all is normal $60 per night per vehicle is not normal 😄
