To many important things went badly for this to be a random bad stay. Parking is too far away and they make you walk in the rain all the way around the place rather than having a side or back entrance. Check in took forever because she kept doing other things for other people. The internet did not work and hadn't for weeks. Unacceptable! There is no AC. The one window only opened a crack and the heat comes on according to their schedule and levels, not the room occupant’s. We turned the radiators off and were still cooking. We called down and asked for help. They "fixed" it but the heat stayed on. The guy they sent could not figure it out and said something was broken. They finally re-accommodated us to another room at 10:40 pm. Unfortunately this new room was so heavily fragranced that my wife's allergies kept her awake much of the night. The beds were so lumpy and hard in the new room that I tossed and turned all night. The breakfast we paid extra for was ok as far as far as it went but the choices were so few. These are not just bad luck things. These are decisions on the management’s part to do things on the cheap in spite of how it will negatively affect their clientele. I feel cheated.

The hotel is across the street from the beach and promenade. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast was marvelous. There was plenty of parking.

Clean with lovely views

The hotel is clean and friendly.The only things letting it down is the WiFi which is terrible non existent really. Plus I ordered vegan stir-fry with rice but got served egg noodles the waitress wasn't bothered. Other than that our stay was fine.

When we entered our room we noticed right away how cold it was. The radiator was warming up and cooling down. We eventually contacted reception and a maid arrived with a radiator and blankets...we were still wearing our coats and scarves. A man then arrived to tell us the radiator was air-locked. WE got wrapped up in the blankets. The room was very slow to warm up and the bathroom not at all which meant we could not have a bath. So we left to have a meal in the town and on returning found the room had warmed up.
