Staff was great during check-in/out. Hotel is lovely, clean, etc. I was in a 4th floor room and there was this weird constant thrum. It wasn't the heater/fan - which kicked on AND off. This thrum was constant- like a mechanism in the wall or ceiling. Unfortunately, it wasn't soothing like white noise.

Clean room. Quality of food in hotel restaurant was very high. Hotel location is great, 6 min walk to Amtrak station; similar to downtown and bus stop. Staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t use on site gym facility, but it looked good.
