There were errors with charges. Specially double charges. I authorized charges at one time useing tap to pay for thins such as parking and pet deposit. I did not authorize the exact charges a second time. The manager pretty much went off on me after I called to ask. Instead of cooperating with me the customer she felt it in her unprofessional power to insult me and the line of work my career is. Yes, at check in I was quite a mess. It was right after work. I walk in grass and soil all day. At any rate I've infirmed the manager that our calls were being recorded, she still berated me and worse informed me she knew and "didn't care" I've contacted headquarters and called back to the hotel with Hilton Corporation on the line, and informed her yet, she exclaimed " I don’t care" but hung up quickly only after saying charges would be refunded. Still have no idea why all the charges which have nothing to do with Pet and parking or taxes. She even had a "pseudo" "manager", more like a team member contact my husband while she and I worked with Hilton Corp. by 3-way call. The fake manager lied telling my husband how his wife (me) called the manager of the hotel all sorts of evil names and the fake manager claimed he witnessed overhearing all of it. Who calls customers long after theyve checked out unless
