2nd time in staying and both occasions the sheets were filthy, the first time had 2 hairs and blood on the sheet and the second time was black dirt stains, I showed reception the photo and they got the sheets changed for us.
My son ordered a burger for dinner like a few of the boys did that we were with, all of them complained about it, it was cold and tough and felt like they'd been cooked at lunch or day before, left and then re heated to serve for dinner, really tasteless.
The group went swimming and were enjoying their recent success, the dads of the group were throwing the boys across the pool whilst in the pool themselves, nobody else was in there with us, was just our group and the staff were very rude saying everyone would need to get out if anybody jumped again. It was parents and their kids having fun with nobody else present, if this is such a concern then they should have a lifeguard on duty.
