Beautiful and peaceful hotel! 20 minutes from Incheon airport.

I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very kind. The area was perfect for my first time in Seoul as the hotel is nearby many attractions, shops, and close to public transit (if you need it!).

Well maintained and clean hotel c.a. 10 mins walk away from Seoul station. We're allowed to check-in early and staff was generally quite attentive during our stay. The area where the hotel is located a bit bland in terms of restaurants and entertainment options, but given the proximity to public transport, we didn't mind it.

Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! (Attractions, department store, a few blocks from a street foods etc…)

It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it.
