The room was spotless and the staff helpful. The spa is excellent and the breakfast scrumptious. It's in the centre of Buxton - a beautiful town that's enjoyable to explore and well situated for walks in the surrounding countryside.

Gorgeous hotel and room. Spotlessly clean. Spa facilities are brilliant. Breakfast was nice but would have been nice to have a bit more health related food e.g. superfood breakfast, ginger shots etc. just as an option! Thanks for a great stay

Beautiful room but shower was very hit and miss if it had hot water or not!! TV was also a bit dodgy as the reception kept going! Spa was gorgeous and all staff were cheerful and helpful.

The stay was great and the staff friendly and professional. The disabled facilities from getting into the building to room facilities poor. Very bumpy external ramp. Beds in disabled rooms to high and a raised lip between bedroom and bathroom.

The hotel roof pool is lovely but was slightky disappointed by the overall experience . This was our 3rd stay but only the first since the change of ownership to Champneys. Its early days but did not have the same vibe as previous visits

The area is stunning (helped by the snowy surroundings), and a very central location. The staff are friendly, professional and polite. The facilities are exceptional and well maintained, we will be staying again and have already recommended to friends

Buxton Crescent is a very good hotel situated in the middle of town, close to all the amenities. The breakfast was a bit disappointing on one of the two mornings we were there as the portion was a bit meager and not of great quality, however the full English was really nice. The room was lovely and the spa was excellent! We also had a pre theatre menu dinner that was very tasty and well presented. A very relaxing and pleasant experience.
