Voltarei!!

Otimas instalações, roupa de cama limpa de exelente qualidade, local muito agradavel! Musica o tempo todo, tudo abastencido com diversas marcas de cerveja, agua e refrigerante. Petiscos, drinks e choop. No meu caso precisava de elevador, tapete de box, banco para ajudar no banho e travesseiros extras. E todas as solicitacoes foram atendidas, parabens a equipe!

Expectativas foram criadas

Instalações confortáveis, porém, a equipe de apoio precisa de maior orientação. Nas refeições, precisam fazer a limpeza das mesas e reposição de guardanapos. Quando vai se aproximando o horário de término, os garçons começam a jogar um líquido nas mesas e puxar com um rodo para o chão. As mesas da piscina também precisam ser higienizadas, o que não ocorre. No check-out fui surpreendida com uma despesa que não era minha, inclusive, com data anterior ao meu check-in e outra despesa em duplicidade. Portanto, um final de estadia com aborrecimento desnecessário, pois o recepcionista foi fazer a conferência das comandas.

É um hotel para famílias com crianças, basicamente. Fiquei num quarto de frente para o mar, com um bom tamanho, cama de casal ótima. Toalhas bem ruins, chuveiro com problema no misturador de quente / frio, pia que inundava toda com água … Na piscina eles te obrigam a ouvir pagode o dia inteiro … pedi pra tirar, só que disseram que é assim. Lobby do hotel bonito e os funcionários são ótimos. Café da manhã bem pobre, sendo que o “suco” de uva era de xarope. Você se hospeda na região pela metade do preço. Acho que não voltaria

O hotel está todo reformado, jardins e piscina bem cuidados, quarto excelente (vista praia), atendimento primoroso pelos funcionários na recepção (parabéns especial para o José do turno da noite), estacionamento amplo e seguro. Café da manhã é bom, mas pode melhorar.

O hotel bem interessante...quarto de frente para o mar muito agradável.Piscina muito gostosa também !!! Mas infelizmente em meio a Pandemia...no café da manhã não seguiu o protocolo. sabemos que muito é culpa dos hóspedes mas poderia ter algum funcionário pedindo para usarem máscara. Os funcionários poderiam utilizar também mais aparatos de proteção.
