The property was great. With the exception of two parking spots, it had everything we needed, but we managed and hoped not to get a parking ticket. A perfect location and walking distance to all that we needed. It would probably be too expensive for us otherwise, but we stayed here for a special occasion weekend. One drawback was that we had concerns about how clean the dishes, silverware, and cutlery were when we first arrived. However, if the unit had more dishwasher tablets, this problem might be resolved. A gorgeous property nonetheless.

The Terraces, Great Location
On arrival check in and instructions to enter Terrace 2 was easy. Terrace 2 was very spacious, to accommodate the family. Unfortunately once evening came and we turned on the lights, the circuit breaker would trip out. We had to turn on and off each light to find the culprit. Adam was helpful.
This property is advertised with Air Con.
However Terrace 2 only had air con in the lounge area and the very top level bedroom. The main guest suite and bedroom opposite on that level had no air con in either rooms. It wasn't great for sleeping in, one of the family members ended up sleeping on the lounge as the bedroom was too hot. If you were to stay in the cooler months it would be fine, but for the hotter days or months, it certainly was very uncomfortable. Perhaps it should be advertised differently letting people know which rooms have air con in them.
It was very spacious, fridge worked well as well as the dishwasher and appliances. The Terraces are located in good walking distance to bars, restaurants, a plus point there.
Lovely stay, great communication with landlord. Right on the beach and middle of the town. Quiet. Clean and spacious. Main bedroom in terrance 6 is beautiful.
Giles was particularly helpful with an issue with the hot water which he stayed in communication with me and had sorted asap.
The venue was top notch and a lovely spot in Byron Bay close to everything.
Kitchen utensils extremely limited, not a fan of delayed payment and would prefer to pay for accommodation at time of booking.
Glass windows and doors do not block out street noise from the public at night went attempting to sleep.
Fantastic unit and so well appointed. Great central location but still very quiet. Will definitely recommended to my friends and if ever staying in Byron will stay again .

The property is really well located in Central Byron, 1 minute walk to the beach. This is the main appeal for the apartment. The downside is unit 5 is not renovated, noisy at times due to central location, and missing drawer for clothes in main bedroom.

Great stay
This was our first trip to Byron Bay and we were very fortunate to have chosen to stay at The Terraces.
Fantastic location, fitted our family perfectly and affordable.We would happily recommend and certainly consider staying there again.
Terraces was very well located. Few meters from the beach and close to everything. Our unit was 3 bedrooms on 4 levels. One room next to the kitchen was quite hot, no aircon but had a fan. The TV was very difficult to manage and the wifi was quite variable. There was very good communication with the property manager and he was very helpful.
We loved staying here. It's so close to everything, we didn't use the car once after we arrived. There was plenty of room for our group of six, the terrace is fitted out beautifully and had everything we needed. Even though it's not right on the beach you could still hear the waves crashing. We had terrible weather while we were there and didn't get to enjoy Byron to it's fullest so we will definitely be back.
Central convenient location, close to beach, town.
We booked the Terraces as a fantastic spot, only a few meters to the beach. Beach is amazing. Walk to town was super quick. The best spot at an amazing price. The unit was pretty good, the only issue, is one car space per unit,however, that is no different to all the other units in the area. The price for parking nearby is just an expense to consider, but no big deal really as the convenience great, and there is little/ no free parking close to Byron centre. An amazing weekend- thank you, will come again.

Great deal in the heart of Byron
Location location location! It was so perfectly situated, 2 minutes to the main beach and 5 minutes to the center of town,
Supermarket, restaurants shopping etc! Not too close so there was no night noise from bars. There were also plenty of cafes and shops even closer to run out and grab breakfast or a latte in the morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are a bit dated but everything was very clean and functional. The couch was a bit damaged but management had left a note saying it was being replaced. Decor and furnishings were very minimal. There is no reception or concierge But check in instructions were simple and easy to follow. The free WiFi was very slow, I think they offered a premium speed but charged extra for it. Highly recommend the terraces 5 if you’re a low maintenance traveler who wants to be in a great location!
Well appointed easy access to to beach and shops and restaurants. Car parking was great. Would stay there again. Have already recommended this unit to friends
The Terraces provides great apartment accomodation right in the heart of Byron Bsy. Walking distance to everything. Beds are super comfy and everything you need is there. It covers 3 floors but there are steps absolutely everywhere! I would not recommend it for small children, elderly or vision impaired - it would not be safe! Looks fantastic in the photos - and it is, but a little tired in some aspects.
3 story terrace that sleeps eight right on the beach. Doesn't have a pool which was a shame. But a great apartment for a family or two to stay. Right in the heart of Byron, we walked to everything but the light house. Which was good because all parking in Byron is metered, lucky there's one park per unit under the terraces. Has everything you need for a great holiday.
