Fun for all with an unfortunate issue.

This was not the first time we've been to a Great Wolf Lodge resort however this trip was not up to standards in our opinion. We arrived around 1h30 and althought we know rooms are never guaranteed, usually we dont wait too long. At 4pm i inquired as to any idea of when our room would be ready. I was told oh, you room has been ready but apparently the system didn't text you with your room number. We had been waiting aroung for nothing. We could have accessed the water park however, our experience is that we never wait very long to get our room assignment. It doesn't change our opinion on the facilities however. Everything is very well thought out and cleen. There is much to do and lots of fun for kids and big kids alike.

This place is wonderful for families! My grandchildren just loved it so much. The pools and slides and bowling and Arcade were amazing. It would have been nice to have a restaruants that was not a buffet or pizza place.
