The check in took very long. Staff were chatting more that anything else. The pillows smelled horrible: we changed rooms, but it was similar. It seems they dont wash the pillow covers for ages and the smell of hair and haircream was pungent in the pillows. On top if that I left my headphones in the lobby and when I asked the staff they simply said they dont know anything. No effort was made. Apple showed my headphones were stolen from the lobby and taken to a location 12 miles away.
The bed covers are old and torn and left for guests on the bed( took a picture) accustomed to a different standard from Holiday Inn.
Location was close enough to the airporrt. I stay at Holiday Express on a regualr basis. We chose this hotel bwcause it was close to the airport, and a brand I know.
Room smelled bad,very noisy because of the highway in front of it....this hotel is totally wrong situated...A Holliday Inn should be located on the nicer and safer part of any town....
The hotel is ok but the cleanliness wasn’t good. The breakfast wasn’t good as well.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great. Everything is 10/10 except the bathrooms. I’ve stayed in four different rooms and every one has slightly different plumbing issues ranging from lack of hot/cold water control to over or underpowered plumbing. That being said, the staff has always been extremely accommodating and done everything they could to fix any issues. Great location, great price, great staff.
