They would not honor our service dog and charged us $15. We complain to no avail that they could not do that. They claimed that was there police,period! We have stayed all over the country and was never asked to pay as soon as we told them we had a service dog as per the law.

Nice comfortable bed. The hotel offered a Continental Breakfast online but when we checked out there was absolutely nothing. My husband was not happy to even at least have coffee and bars available. False advertising!

The lace is really old, but the rooms were okay. TV didn’t work and didn’t have anyone to do our trash or clean towels. Front desk was helpful. My key stopped working 2 different times.

Excellent access to the interstate exit but food options nearby are all fast food only. Room was not very soundproof to keep out the truck noise, light blocking curtains were quite worn out. Towels were not absorbent enough, seemed old and should have been replaced a while ago. Ok for one night but no more.

Next to a highway, very noisy. Was not able to sleep at all due to highway noise. First room that was given to me has a lock that was broken. Management moved me to a different room after convincing them that I did not feel safe in that room.

Great customer service, very kind! Clean rooms and very close to several restaurants. There is a McDonald’s pretty much in the same parking lot as the hotel so that’s super convenient. Great price as well!

Smoke detector chirping at 6:30 am, coffee maker doesn’t work, light in room constant flicker. Continental breakfast the very bare minimum.

My specific room could use an update for sure. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and the tub needs recaulked. The ceiling throughout was separating and needs fixed. Definitely not worth the money. I left early.
