Room was no good. For first night,I asked to change next day,its ok,but they have only one elevator working,so you have to walk long distances from your room till to go to the elevator,staff normal attitude,room has not contained any shower Cap(never I found at any room) They have shampoo with conditioner only(but I don’t use it),should they have without conditioner,I’m not recommended for my friend to go to this hotel next time.

It’s a nice place, AMAZING FOOD & great facilities. Rooms are ok i think they could be cleaner with newer carpet and bedsheets, no iron in bedrooms and took more than 2 hours to get one to my bedroom

I usually stay here when I'm travelling and it is usually superb. This time the hotel was understaffed and overcrowded. There was an issue with the hotel shuttle bus being overcrowded and travellers were left having to wait for the next shuttle 30 minutes later.

A nice hotel. We have not tried their food this time, but it was excellent in previous visits. The restaurant by the pool did not seem to have a specific well-defined schedule. Would be nice to improve on this one. Staff are generally friendly and professional.

Room was great & clean. However, when I messaged the hotel twice about an airport pickup, they did not reply through the Expedia app. Ended up taking Uber. Their shuttle to the airport leaves every half hour. This was super convenient since we checked in very late and checked out very early.
