The bus drivef asking for a tip is annoying. The charge of $40 for early checkinn seems extortionate and the lady at check inn wasnt pleasant. The bed and pillow had stains which were changed. The cleaning lady was nice. The corridor is worn and smells of cigarette smoke

Checking was fast and efficient. 10 min after arriving to the room housekeeping knocked and asked how the room was. I responded nice thank you and she then said “ you write a review now” I told her not now and her response was the same. Bar staff was unimpressed to be serving us. Should have a smoking and non smoking area. And can not believe they charge 20 US dollars to use the hot tub. Would I stay there again, probably not.

The room was nice but the common areas need a good cleaning. Staff was very friendly and professional and the airport shuttle was a huge blessing as there are so many taxi drivers hitting you up at the airport.

Nice refuge from busy airport

Location is great a few minutes from the terminal by transfer which the hotel provided. Problems were around technology. There was an old phone with reception marked as 7 to which the phone rang and rang with no answer. I gave up After several attempts and called 0 and got through. There was a Qr code to scan for room service and it took you to check out and confirmed your order was made and paid for. No food arrived so once again I called and they didn’t understand and in the end had to come to the room to get the order and start from scratch. The usb charging point did not work. Overall not worth the heavy price of the Novotel name.
