Very good stay

Fantastic hotel in the centre of town, beautiful rooms and friendly staff. We didn’t eat there as there is so much choice around you. Used the park and right to save the hassle of parking - a perfect weekend

Amazing room and amenities! Guest can use the spa during certain hours and it was super nice and not too crowded. Beds were so comfortable. Only negative was the room was super hard to find and had to go up and down a lot of stairs to get to it.

The upgrade room was very spacious and well presented. We did try and book the swimming pool but unsuccessfully. Staff were very helpful and always attentive. Will definitely stay with this brand of Hotel again

Spa was great, room was nice, dog friendly

All of the staff were absolutely amazing, they were very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful for shopping, food, and sightseeing. I was even able to extend my stay by a few days without any issues and was even offered a discount when you become a Z hotel member. I highly recommend staying here.
