My daughter and I had a fantastic holiday here. Rooms were fairly small but had compfy beds and kept spotless. Hotel is really quirky and great attention to detail! Every one is friendly. So much to do with the theme park and water park included and upgrade of €15 each for the golf and laser challenge was a bargain. Dont usually go for all inclusive but tried here and was really pleased we did. Lots of choice for every meal and never a queue for drinks. Would recommend and would absolutely book here again.

Great for kids

It’s a great place for kids, the whole experience is centered around children and family fun. The staff are very nice and the setup very safe. I am giving a bit low rating because the food wasn’t great despite the variety, but that taste could do with an improvement.

Come home from here yesterday, food wasn’t the best it was very repetitive and could tell it was all cheap. We ate out quite a lot of times because it wasn’t appetising after being there for 10 days I was ready to come home. The small and large pool kept cutting everyone’s feet so there was blood everywhere which isn’t very hygienic. I did report this to the life guards numerous times as they had to put stuff on the kids feet but they didn’t seem very bothered. The rooms wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners all they did was make the beds and if you didn’t get up by 9 and have it done then it wouldn’t be made. I wasn’t really happy with this as my 6 year old spilled drinks on the floor so it was sticky and we had been to the beach a few times so there was sand on the floor. The entertainment was really poor only 1 good show the whole 10 days. On a plus side the kids really enjoyed it the splash park is brilliant, the crazy golf, upside down house and 4D cinema etc was brilliant. Considering we went in these circumstances it was really good close to the town so plenty places to go and eat out and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. Glad I didn’t go when the strip is open as we are quite close to it so could even here the music coming from a few places that was open. Would of been shocking if the strip was open so wouldn’t advise going when it all re opens properly. The hotel is very noisy as night as in people maybe people need to be considerate when it’s late.

The hotel is excellent for families , just got home from a 5 day stay, really impressed especially during the covid crisis , the hotel is lovely , drinks are good , entertainment is good , the only issue was the mask situation which is really irritating . Food was ok ... had a brilliant time and will defiantly be returning next year hopefully by then things will be back to some sort of normal

Fantastic hotel for anyone with a young family. I’ve been twice this year with my 6-year old son. He loved the water park when we came in April. It was closed when we were here this week so we visited all the other attractions we didn’t get to see the last time. He lived it.

Kids love everything.

From day 1 to the end of our stay everytjing was great. My kids loved it. We will definitely go back. Negative part was we have 2 rooms the otther rooms aircon does not work so we all slept in one room but overall everyrthing was wonderful

Exceptional property. Food, staff are brilliant. The only realy thing I can say is be ready for the noise outside.. it has nothing to do with the hotel its the other hotels guest near the property which is to be expeted when you are in Magaluf. Recommended when you have children they have everything children will enjoy.

It’s a shame really, the hotel is clean and lobby, reception and bar area is nice - the rooms are a bit basic and small, but perfectly fine. The pool was good and the soft play was great for young kids. The staff were so lovely and it’s perfectly safe for the kids with an alarm system if children try and leave on their own. It’s just such a shame that the hotel is so noisy and the noise goes on until all hours. I think the hotel could do with more action against the noise. Even signs up on each floor asking people to be quiet in respect of other guests. There were a few fights we witnessed in our stay and the language of some was bad when there are young kids around. I left my room with my 5 year old and found a man outside feffing and jeffing about something and this was pretty standard to hear. If the hotel could get behaviour of some in check it would be a good family hotel.

My son loves the park so much and we wish to go back next year if possible. The room is clean. The staffs are fab. Food is good and varieties. We hardly go anywhere except staying inside the resort. The staffs at the kids club are well train. My son didn’t want to go anywhere because of the clubs. There are so much to do inside the resort for children. Fabulous.

A perfect family hotel with great facilities. We were early, upon arrival we were greeted by the theme park manageress - what a credit to the hotel (lovely English lady). She arranged for our bags to be taken in and arranged wristbands to visit the theme park. The hotel has selected some of the greatest staff, the staff couldn't do enough for you and extremely tolerant towards the children. The hotel is close to the beach. Food was excellent and plenty of choice for vegetarians. The only downfall during our stay 5 to 9 April was the hotel wasn't ready, work was going on throughout which spoilt our stay. It was opened prematurely as the pools weren't ready (although the hotel had a regular bus taking people to their sister hotel). The petrol cutting machinery was noisy which meant sitting on the balcony wasn't an option. Once the work is complete this wouldn't be an issue. The work is near completion and should be ready by 1 May 2019 - Shame Hotels.com didn't inform us prior to booking or going there. AVOID the local shops, Aldi is opposite the hotel at the rear for water and fruits etc. The local shops charge what they want and tend to rip off the tourists. All in all, the hotel is great, excellent location and facilities. Anything it lacks is made up by the wonderfully great staff! BOOK WITHOUT HESITATION.

2 night great stay!

I stayed here for 2 nights for a friends birthday party. It was fantastic and would be prtefect for anyone staying longer. Great location seconds away from the main center. Great for families and really clean.
