We were checked in by Kiara who was very welcoming and professional. All the staff from bar to housekeeping were friendly and helpful seeing it was our first trip to Newcastle. The room was spotless. The apartments are in a very central location, with lots of eateries and shops at its doorsteps. It can get a bit noisy at night but will become quiet by 12 midnight.

Great for a clean and soerter

Our stay was highlighted by a clean room and a convenient location near the main tourist sites. The staff made check-in a breeze with their friendly and efficient service. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet expectations. The selection was quite limited, and the quality of the coffee was particularly disappointing for an Australian hotel. We would certainly recommend staying here, but we advise guests to look elsewhere for their morning meal.
