Okay i am going to be honest and hopefully this review will benefit all, if the Rydges management are watching. We stayed two nights in one of villas as a couple. Overall we had a great stay however i will go into more detail.
Pros
All staff were excellent with special mention to check-in, concierge, and to the Chefs at Redsalt, Rydges fine dining restaurant, our meals were very good however our waiter was excellent and made our experience.
The accommodation was good with a good layout, space and reasonably modern large bathroom.
Parking was at the door and easy.
Cons
TV wifi didnt work and needs to be sorted out. Talking to staff, apparently a resort-wide issue. Not good enough!
Bed was a king however the mattress needs replacing as it was well used and uncomfortable.
Get some decent 3 ply toilet tissue.
A bottle of wine and some chocolates should also be standard. It's a wine region. I'm sure there's a local winery keen to do a deal, or maybe a different winery each month.
Honestly, the staff got you to four stars. Make the other improvements and you'll get five.
