Havia reservado 2 quartos, 3 adultos, precisei cancelar o quarto de 1 adulto o Hotels.com acabou cancelando o quarto de 2 adultos e precisei pagar por cama extra mesmo existindo a garantia de que o valor atendia 2 adultos. Ao chegar no local o quarto não tinha nada haver com o anúncio, um quarto inferior com ar-condicionado antigo e barulhento, cama extremamente desconfortável, fui obrigado a pagar um upgrade pelo quarto que segundo as fotos eu já tinha reservado. Apesar de ter reservado o quarto casal, também levei familiares que servaram no mesmo hotel e passaram pelos mesmos problemas. Me ligaram no meio do evento para resolver o equivoco da falta de comunicação entre o hotel e o Hotels.com, a ADM do hotel nada pode fazer, me cobraram e me passaram uma nota fiscal detalhada para abertura de reclamação. A garagem é um calabouço à parte, tudo falta manutenção severa. Péssima estadia, os funcionários são educados, porém a propriedade não tem instrumentos para solução de problemas.

Muito barulho do ar condicionado e o dreno do quarto superior derrama água em cima do ar condicionado onde eu estava hospedado acarretando num barulho muito alto e a porta de entrada fica batendo mesmo trancada e infelizmente não consegui dormir direito. Esse hotel é sem dúvida o pior que me hospedei até hoje.

No quarto que ficamos (602), a porta não fechava por dentro depois de entrarmos. Meu marido desceu e foi até a recepção e relatou ao funcionário, mas o msm informou que fechava sim e que precisamos nos preocupar...mas isto não era possível, pq a chave não virava e não havia outra maneira para fechar a porta, ou seja, no tempo que permanecemos no quarto, a porta ficou sem trancar, não me senti segura principalmente para dormir. Relatei este problema no checkout tbm, e uma outra atendente disse que as fechaduras estão sendo trocadas e a deste quarto provavelmente ainda não havia sido trocada e a informação dada pelo funcionário é pq ele é novo funcionário.
