We had a great time a few weeks ago at Excellence Riviera Cancun. The food, staff, and amenities were top notch! I’m a big beach person, so all the seaweed was a disappointment, but they can’t do anything to solve that issue. Having the lazy river helped with not being able to enjoy the beach.

This property is definitely labeled correctly.....it's Excellent!! Not perfect, but very nice in all ways. Upscale, adults-only resort, with plenty to do and the food was Great!! Definitely recommend this place!!

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort in Cancun was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and we were greeted with drinks and warm smiles. The resort itself is stunning—immaculate grounds and beautiful pools. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, featuring a fully stocked mini-bar and daily housekeeping that kept everything perfect. The food was incredible! With multiple restaurants offering everything from gourmet cuisine to local Mexican dishes, we never ran out of delicious options. The buffet had something for everyone, and the à la carte dining experiences were top-notch. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. One of, if not THE best resort I have ever stayed at, and I consider myself well traveled! It is first off, absolutely beautiful. I have a following on social media and I got floods of messages asking where I am staying! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure anything you may need is within arms reach. The food is fabulous, especially having low expectations for an all inclusive resort! The restaurants are very beautifully built and decorated- each is themed of course but some are on the water and some are more fancy (there’s a wine cellar dinner for 2 in the French restaurant). The food truck by the theater is so convenient and tasty, and the pizza oven by the pool is top tier! The events planned by the resort are very entertaining as well, especially the paint and sip on the beach and the cultural activities. We did not have an issue with excursion transportation picking us up. Again everyone is beyond friendly, guests included, and the resort is absolutely stunning. Our room and view were GORGEOUS! We will be returning and I have recommended this resort to all my friends. Thank you excellence!!!
