Helpful, friendly staff, very clean and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Our first overnight stay at this particular Holiday Inn Express hotel, but probably will not be our last. The whole interior of the hotel including the reception area, bar and restaurant area, communal areas and especially the rooms have all been refurbished, and apparently fairly recently, to a very good standard. There is plenty of parking available at a cost of £4 per 24 hours. From the reception desk staff to the bar and reception staff, they are all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, well appointed including an iron and ironing board. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was very quiet and extremely clean. The only disappointment was the wafer thin toilet rolls. The bar and restaurant area is also very spacious and comfortable. We ordered a pizza which was delicious and hot. The same area is used to serve breakfast which was plentiful, hot and a good choice of hot and cold dishes.

The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked . Staff were helpful with veggie options and we had freshly cooked sausages! I can really recommend staying here . Thank you Jane

The room was well appointed and clean. All the staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is brilliant.
