I am only giving the ocean side resort two stars. The room was nice and located close to the beach. However when I arrived, there was sand in the bed and on the sheets. When I went to the front desk to ask for my sheets to be changed. The manager said someone would do it. But no one ever came and changed them. I ended up having to take off all the blankets and use a hand towel to brush off all the sand. It was gross and I am really disappointed by the staff at the hotel. That seems unacceptable for a 5 star hotel.
Super convenient location, everything walkable and close to the hotel.
Our room was pretty tired, and wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in.
The hallway just wafted food smells into our room the whole time we were there.
Bed was very uncomfortable.
Just needs some updating.
Very good shower!
Property is dated and over priced for condition. Property Manager is less than helpful and was very rude towards my partner

It was in a good location close to everything but we went out for a couple hours, came back and housekeeping had come to replace a towel and did not close the door properly so all our valuables could’ve been taken as we were gone for a good amount of time was not impressed

Basic accommodation. Good location if want to be close to the beach, but not super close to the shops. No frills, but adequate.
Rooms were clean and well maintained great view and had everything you need would stay again

Great heated spa & pool. Comfortable bed. Large room.
Rubbish bin had not been emptied in our room from previous occupancy. However on check out when I mentioned it I did receive an apology.
We were travelling with overseas visitors who commented on the various notices in the room about various “rules” and what you would be charged extra for if you did not “comply”. Eg: bottles had to be placed in bins in the basement. If you forgot anything in the room after checking out there would be a fee tp open up. Our guests found this off putting.
Our stay was fine. Only problem we had was a motor type noise somewhere in the building went all night - not bad enough to keep us awake but if this was sorted would have been a perfect stay - oh one other matter, was only one wine glass - just wasn't same drinking out of normal glass :).
The unit we stayed in was really dated, had a dangerous light switch, a light partially hanging from ceiling, most white white coloured lamps, a throw for a blanket on the bed... personally would not stay again.
