Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful and clean resort. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our butler Candido always went above and beyond in his service. Jorge at the mixology bar made amazing drinks. Food and restaurants were great. Ask for the fried fish at Vistas they need 24 notice and not listed on menu but so worth it! This resort is listed as 5 star and after my stay I agree!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. There are many options for food, all of which being good. They cleaned the seaweed off the coast almost daily with a rake. I would highly recommend going to Haven Riviera

Pools were beautiful. Beach was clean. Hydrotherapy was amazing. The food was good, not the best I've had at all inclusive but it was hood. They are very concerned with food allergies and take great care. We had the serenity package. The amenities that come with the package aren't that outstanding in my opinion. Check in was smooth, but i think it would have been just as smooth at regular desk. Exclusive restaurant was nice but just ok. Pillow menu was nice and we did take advantage of that. Hydrotherapy session was very relaxing. Aromatherapy didnt happen. Butler service was barely there, we didnt really need him but he was nice. Overall very nice resort, beautiful grounds and amenities. If i wasn't completely spoiled and in love with another resort, i would stay here again.

Perfect sized resort with a quiet pool and a party pool, most attentive staff I have experienced at any all inclusive, and majority of the food was good. However, at Olios Mediterranean my girlfriend got food poisoning and Dramamine to help was $40 and electrolyte drink was $10. The rooms were very nice, but the sheets had a smell to them every day, even after requesting new sheets. Overall 7.5/10.

We as a group of four families spent three nights there for vacation. All four of the families had bad experiences. My wife bumped on a walkway and fell on the concrete. The bump wasn’t protected or flagged on one side of the walkway while construction was in progress on the other side. (Front of buildings 7&8) One of the friend’s bathroom sliding door fell on to her. Luckily she saw it falling and kept the door away from her until husband came. Other couple fell on the floor while sitting on a swing even after the attendant gave the permission to sit on it. (Front of dinner with dance restaurant). The fourth one had bad smell in the room. It was raining on the last day of our stay, and I saw water leaking from the ceiling at the reception/foyer. The floor was very slippery and I am glad nobody was hurt. Room service wasn’t great, coffee and creamer were not restocked even after requested. Employees witnessed both walkway and swing incidents, and the sliding door incident was reported immediately for help. We all escaped with little body pain and minor scratches. No broken bones (thank you Lord). We stayed there December 10-12, 2025. Overall not happy with this place. We booked because of five star rating, but not a five star based on our stay this time. Hope the management will pay attention to correct the issues.

Very clean beautiful rooms, pool bar staff was amazing! Francesco was the best he attended us daily. Pool volley ball was so much fun and the foam party is a must!

Very clean resort, our swimup rooms have people attending the water daily. Its also heated. We enjoyed it so very much. There are plenty of bartneders everywhere you go and our serenity club personal butler is so attentive and took care of everything for us. Will definitely be back.

Loved the staff, other guests, amenities and the room. We did the serenity club ocean front swim out. 11/10 Also enjoyed the live music and house music vibes. The food was 4/10. With the dinner buffet being the worst, although is had a fresh salad bar. I enjoyed some room service items and Olios. Skip the Itilian resturant and get the shrimp tacos at Vistas. The serenity lounge had good snacks. Do some research and plan to leave the resort if you want a culinary experience. Drinks we so/so. First few orders mix was flat and cocktails were too sweet. What we stuck to: vodka sodas splash of cran, cucumber margaritas with DH, wine from the serenity lounge, beer and clam.
