Property was nice and well maintained. When my wife and I arrived, our room was changed to a room with two beds....after bringing this up with the front desk they switched us to another room (a room like what we paid for with a King bed). Kind of a hassle but resolved to our satisfaction. Weather was colder during our stay so it would have been nice if they could've heated up the pools for all the guests...the pools were empty because they were too cold. Unfortunately, Haven doesn't have hot tub areas around any of the main pools. Spa facility was very nice and relaxing.

Food was good. We had a lot of rain 2nd floor Lobby flooded apparently it happens often when it rains. Hotel staff friendly. Spa services very confusing. Asked for a massage and sauna. I was told to go in the hydro pool. It was hard to explain I only wanted a massage and sauna.

What I like is that the staff was amazing and the property was always clean. What I didn’t like was how small the place for the shows was with no seating available. If you were not there in the beginning to get a seating area you will have to stand up.

This property was better than expected based on online reviews. Perfect sized property, quiet or party type areas, solid variability for dining. They will need to address some maintenance issues with water in a few years but otherwise nice all-inclusive option! Great value.
