The beach is beautiful but there wasn't not enough staff by beach or the pool. Loved the oacean view. I had asked to get move to a higher floor because the view from the first floor was minimal. I did asked to get upgrade because that's what it said to do on the Expidia app. They said they didn't show that. I showed them where it said it but still they said I would have to pay extra. I brought a friend with me because I been there before and I like it. They were suppose to call her about her room when it was ready around 3:30 and they didn't so I called them and they said it's been ready but no one called.

Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special, always greeting us with warm smiles. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Dining at the resort was an absolute highlight — every restaurant delivered delicious food and exceptional service. A special thank-you to Alfonso, Elli, Hugo, Ricardo, and Rafael from Habaneros — we ate there every day because of their amazing hospitality and wonderful personalities. Efrain and Ailin from Moongate, thank you for a dining experience full of fun and laughter. And Alfredo and Viviana from La Bastille, your service and warmth made our evening unforgettable. The property was very clean, though the rooms are a bit old. We had a small leak from the AC after it rained, but everything else was spotless. There are Pilates and yoga classes with really great instructors. The Kids Club was the highlight of my kids’ trip — they had nonstop activities and the friendliest staff! Marina was absolutely awesome and so kind to my kids. They made keychains and bracelets, had a tent party, movie time, and fun water activities. Frida was so funny, and Paola was caring and playful — truly amazing with the kids. There were lots of water activities — we went snorkeling, which was an incredible experience. Swimming with the dolphins and just watching them was beautiful. The resort has many pools and two sides. What I didn’t like was that the main tall building is adults-only, while the 5-floor building is for families with kids. The restaurants close for a few hours in the middle of the day, but you can go to Chevy’s or order room service during that time. There also aren’t many food options near the beach — just a few hours of grilled burgers service. Here’s your edited version with smoother flow and grammar, while keeping your personal tone: ⸻ The Steakhouse took an hour and a half to serve our food, and my kids were so hungry. Unfortunately, the sea bass wasn’t cooked properly. However, Lorenzo Italian Restaurant was excellent, and the coffee shop and cake store were awesome too. Room service was great as well.
