Our stay was nice and Mathew the manager looked after us well. He was very pleasant. All the staff were lovely. The property is badly under maintained and this is due to the OWNER not spending enough for repairs. Beautiful building and should be cared for.

Very lovely situation..very well suited to the price...but the three of us could not shower as we had brought no thongs with which we could use. this would have been necessary with state of the floor edgings of the shower... it might have been clean, but black does not appear so...and the floor had a leak so much we had to put a towel on the floor...we pointed this out very courtesly, to your staff as we left... I was hoping we had found a good place to come on future visits...we are trying to visit as time permits a 95 year old dear soul in the Pioneer Nursing Home in Heaps Street ... Great accommodation close to eating options. Older style accommodation but clean , comfortable beds and great shower. I didn’t like that the owner was rude and didn’t want to help when a light bulb blew in the bathroom.

When booking it says housekeeping but no housekeeping, had to walk downstairs with towels , linen and rubbish even though your told to leave on floor they will collect they don’t. Asked for extra towel you only get one.Its cheap place to stay so what you pay is what you’d expect from there service however it was a place to sleep.

Well the old saying you get what you pay for. Very dated bathroom very tired, bed old . No courteous lighting up stairs or top floor. Hard to find key hole to put keyin. In need of a big dose of clean up .

The motel room that was advertised as an executive. suite was far from being executive.would not stay at the Alexandra park motor inn again.

Very dated property. Bathroom in poor condition. Looks like a 5 year old kid did silicon work around tub. TV does not allow free to air channels. Very quiet, good location friendly staff. The property just needs a good update or someone that knows how to do maintenance.
