Property needs a remodel. In the pool area for two days they ran out of modelo negra only has draft beer . Ate at the secret garden asked to recommend us the food and as we were going to leave he said we owed money .

They ran out of the modelo Negra for two days in the pool side service only had draft beer. Also ate at the secret garden restaurant and asked the server to recommend us the food but once we finished eating we had to pay $1,350 pesos because he had chosen from the upgraded items. I was blown away ! I feel he should told us in advance about the charge. Not sure if the hotel tries to promote that to their employees to make more money. I sign the tap didn’t want to fight but to me it’s not even about the money it’s more like there should’ve be more communication and the server should’ve told us hey I recommended this but it’s not included.

Everything about this Hotel was excellent except for the fact that the pools and hot tub closed everyday at 6pm which during the day in the sun I dont want to use hot tub and I enjoy sitting in hot tub and swimming at least till 9pm this is the only reason I wont be staying there again.

Wow what an amazing vacation at Live Aqua! It surpassed my expectations. (Ricardo, Alan, Stephany) They must be the most hard-working, efficient, friendliest staff of anywhere I have stayed. The place is beautiful, very well kept, very clean. The food was very good. Our favorite meal was at Azur the mediterranean restaurant. Although many said MB was the best, our party of 4 disagreed. Food was bland and menu choices not great. The Mexican party they threw for us on Thursday was unreal! The food, the beautiful dancers, singers, really brought the Mexican culture there and it was one of our favorite nights. Breakfast at Siete was amazing with choices to make anyone happy. The gentleman at the smoothie station was so fun to talk to! He talked to everyone in line and was so delightful! We also ordered the room service and the food was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The pool and the beach were spectacular. Enough chairs and beds. The pool was very clean and the staff is on point keeping it that way. The service with drinks at the pool and beach were amazingly attentive. They work SO hard. The bartenders at the bar with the swings were so much fun! We had a great time there laughing and socializing with them. The only complaint is that there never seemed to be enough towels and I'd have to find the towel guy. The only place for improvement was the Aqua Club check in and out took so long! The other couple we traveled with were in and out faster!

Hello, I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay and request compensation. My experience at the property was extremely disappointing. The service I received felt noticeably different and less accommodating, and at times it felt like I was being treated unfairly or differently, possibly because I am Asian. I don’t make this claim lightly, but the way staff interacted with me compared to other guests was uncomfortable and unacceptable. On top of that, the transportation service that was included with my reservation was supposed to take me from the hotel to the airport. Nobody arrived to pick me up, even though it was confirmed. Because of this, I was forced to pay out of pocket for a taxi at the last minute. This caused significant stress and extra expenses during my trip. I believe this situation warrants compensation for the poor service and for the transportation cost I had to cover myself. I am requesting: • A refund or partial refund for the stay due to unacceptable service • Reimbursement for the taxi fare to the airport • Additional compensation for the inconvenience and treatment I experienced I can provide details, receipts, and any additional information if needed. The room was large, clean, and well-maintained, and the food was ok+. However, the most significant issue was the severe lack of available seating in the pool area. The majority of the pool seating consisted of cabanas that required an additional fee. Furthermore, staff members removed guests' personal items to free up loungers, in hopes of receiving extra tips. Finding a free chair to relax by the pool was a constant struggle.

Had a wonderful time at this resort. Place is beautiful and hotel was amenities was great. The only thing that did not earn a 5 star was one of the resturant "hidden garden" every dish was just simply too salty. Despite that we me and wife still very much enjoy live aqua and will return.
