The only complaint I have was the pool hours. Our favorite pool which was the coolest temperature closed at 6 pm and the main pool at 8 however the main pool was so hot it felt like a bathtub. Due to safety we planned on utilizing the resort as much as possible and so the pool was our main fun and having to leave the pool so early was a bummer

Amazing staff, plenty of activities to do at the hotel throughout the day. Dinning is wonderful (breakfast especially). Beautiful and safe mall across the street, it is expensive but it’s no one hassles you to buy things like other places. Overall the hotel was beyond great and my wife and I had a wonderful baby moon trip there and we Cannot wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Live Aqua Resort in Cancun! The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us some of the best sleep we’ve ever had on vacation. My family and I were there to celebrate my son’ s 21st birthday. The property is amazing, we enjoy the street food as well as several of the restaurant. The only issue is wait ing over an hour for the Italian restaurant due to butler service or preferred guests. Need to change that policy. The spa service was incredible!

Our visit to Live Aqua was wonderful. One of the best adults only resorts we have stayed at in Cancun. We had one hiccup one night and the next day, Marco, the night manager, met with us and made it right. Thank you Marco. The staff was great. We loved that there were so many different pools...we never felt overcrowded. I do with the swim up bar was in the bigger pool.

There were good restaurants but small and struggled to handle guest capacity. Most dining options are outdoors and can be HOT.

Beach is beautiful. Staff was friendly with good customer service. The alcoholic beverages were watered down and essentially no alcohol

The staff was great and attentive. Food was good. Beach and pool area was very nice but the issue for me was the temperature of the pools and hotel areas. The room temps were great but everything else was too hot. Cancún was in the low 90s so I would think any hotel should not have any issues cooling. We found ourselves working up a sweat during dinner then feeling uncomfortable at the bar. Then during the day when you feel like beating the summer heat the pool felt like a hot tub.

Great customer service. Very nice and clean rooms. The one main issue is that most restaurants are outside. Not ideal when it’s 100 and humid during your stay. Great service from Marco who makes awesome fresh fruit smoothies . And kudos to Cesar who went above and beyond customer service at Hidden Garden Restaurant.
