Very clean and service is amazing. Food is ok but the Italian and Azur Resturants were very good, others below average. Beach is fabulous, lots of pools. Amenities are good but was hoping for a more fancy spa. Gym is good Overall good experience, but our room view was bad and looking at the restaurants back and all the heavy air conditioners, our ask for upgrade or even having a better location was not accommodated We have vio access from Expedia but they did not upgrade us due unavailability also the spa didn’t honor the 20% off

The facility charges more but provides less. For example, we were required to pay for beach cabana services despite an abundance of empty spaces available. In addition, there were not enough umbrellas on the beach, which was disappointing. The restaurant options are very limited, and there was no dinner buffet offered. However, after we raised our concerns — as we were a large group with 14 room reservations — the manager arranged a special sit‑down dinner for us. Chef Mario truly excelled, and the meal he prepared was exceptional.
