Such an amazing resort. The staff was amazing. Very attentive to our needs. Very clean. Food was great and the views were one of a kind. Loved the place.

My family and I love this property, we come back every year. Great drinks and service, good food, great bars and amenities, perfect part of the beach where there’s less seaweed and waves, nearby/walking distance to other Rius for the white/pink/neon parties, and also walking distance to Coco Bongo for fun nights out. Overall perfect locale.

This Riu was pleasantly “uncrowded”. There was plenty of beach area and pool area for daytime use. All restaurants were very good and great service!! The only negative was the air conditioning had trouble keeping up with the humidity. Just keep the drapes closed and ask housekeeping to keep them closed!! If you try to use Destination Services for airport/hotel transfer just don’t!! No communication!!

I like its safe.Staff very unprofessional from moment check in,nobody help you with your bags,food is terrible, drinks watering down completely. Spa,chlorine ruin my friend's swimming suit, it became yellow after spa.i saw staff on the beach took money from customer to umbrella. Unbelievable!!!
