Property was great. Staff is great. Food is really good! I do wish that the pools stayed open longer and not close at 7pm. I also wish they had more entertainment at this location in the evening. We could be taken to other RIU hotels for events. But need more options at this location as well That being said. I did wnjoy my stay and would go back

Amazing food option at all the restaraunts, brekfast, lunch and dinner. Frie dly amd accomodating staff Great beach, super clean, gentle waves and virtually no seawead. The only thing I did not like was the 24 hour food area. The sandwiches were soggy, the hot dogs were all wrapped with bacon which i personally could do without the bacon. The pizza was disgusting and not edible at all. I liked that there was a fridge full of bottled water to help yourself to whenever needed. Honestly, a super nice hotel, hreay location a d amazing food and staff for a reasonable price. I will definately be goin again.

Nice resort but outdated. Plugs were coming apart. Mold in tub. Street not pedestrian friendly and black white restaurant host was horrible. Reserved actions not allowed (first come first served). We were told there was a hour wait list. We waited an hour and a half no call. We went up to host whom was seat people clearly just getting there.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff members were so friendly and attentive. Our room, pools, beach, and congregation areas were very clean. We enjoyed all our meals as the food was delicious!! They had selections for snacks, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and fancy dinners as well as a variety of beverages. We’d love to go back!

Love the food and hotel is beautiful. The only problem was that AC was stop working in the middle of the night. Then fixed in the morning. Being honest this hotel one of the best I visited.

Very happy with my stay. Definitely would recommend. The design and decorations were a little outdated but everything was very clean and cute. The buffet by the ocean was very beautiful. I will chose Riu for my future stays
