Everyone is very attentive and caring. Nice and clean hotel with the beach right outside. Steakhouse and Italian food was amazing. The only thing was our TV in the room we had trouble connecting to it with our phones. It would keep disconnecting after a few minutes. Our concierge had called for help a few times but the problem still remained.

O hotel está muito bem localizado bem no meio da Zona Hoteleira de Cancún. O edifício do hotel é o mais alto da região proporcionando belas vistas do mar e da lagoa. O hotel é lindo por fora e por dentro e os restaurantes e bares são muito agradáveis, em especial o restaurante Dragons de comida asiática e o enorme e variado buffet chamado Market. Para almoçar uma ótima opção é o restaurante Peruano que fica na área das piscinas com ótima comida. Certamente ficaria novamente no Secrets The Vine numa próxima visita a Cancún.

I was constantly pushed into doing a timeshare meeting. I was told I was not a preferred customer. Smelled like sewage. Dining at steakhouse was told that he had to be in pants and no shorts so we bought pants. They at us next to a guy in shorts. Staff was rude and steak was grisly.

From the moment we got off the plane in cancun,everthing was very smooth. Resort was very beautiful,food was Amazing in every restaurant.
