This was a great hotel for families! They have Pool movie nights, every night. The pools are heated. The breakfast was delicious! And it fed all of six of us. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful!

We stayed here for a family vacation. Overall it was good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was attentive when we needed something. Only con was we had the suite and the couch was small and not comfortable at all. The pullout bed did not even look comfortable at all. Luckily there was the trundle bed.

Lovely spot close by to Disneyland. Love the water amenities however the waterslide wasn’t in use the whole time we were there. There had also been some issues with the car parking access but the security staff were helpful when it came to getting in & out. The noises from the nearby laundry area kept us awake at night and we were told after the fact that our room was an ‘oversold’ room which meant when the hotel was fully booked that this is where they put guests when there are no other rooms which was very disappointing and less than ideal. Breakfast in the mornings was nice if you got there early. Once the horde arrived, it was a free for all and I’m honestly surprised fighting didn’t break out over various foods no longer being available, there were definitely some ravenous guests staying at the hotel. Overall, the staff were nice, the amenities ok but make sure you ask them which room you’re in before you arrive otherwise you could end up with the one we were in!
