The property is awesome but could use a little attention to detail. Upon greeting it would be nice to learn of the properties amenities (I.e. tennis courts with lessons available). Which restaurants are open when, and some visitor conveniences would be nice - snorkel gear, tennis rackets. The toilets by the beach should be checked regularly for cleanliness.

Then the receptionchanged the room. When I joined on Monday 28th when I joined my partner the room was clean but every day the room was not cleaned well. I took video. I called reception everyday to ask to send someone to change the sheets . The sheets where getting so dirty every day . You literally could see dots every morning but it was not changed . The sky lounge of Mirage hotel in vegas . Its 5 star . Your hotel cleaning system definitely 2 star not suitable for some one like me who pays to stay in a clean area. The hairdryer was not working I asked for new one never recived . I asked for wine bottle opener from reception .I called them back after1 hour and they brought it after 1.30 hours. When we wanted to checkout asked for porter at 10.40 they did not sent until 11.35 I went to the reception and said we have to catch flight . Reception did not even apologised . So I have to say I did not get what I paid for . Therefore requesting a compensation or I have to open dispute. Beautiful resort with plenty to do. We had glorious weather and lived the pool areas and multiple access to the sea. Gym was great and we enjoyed all the dining options. We opted to to the wine tasting which was great - met some lovely people and the staff were great.

Overall a bit disappointing. The lounge chair area on the beach, which was something that was a deciding factor for us, wasn't even open. Also, the natural swimming pool area was very dirty with floating trash and trash around that beach area (with the lounge cushions). There was a concert doing sound checks all afternoon which was very disruptive when we came to relax. Also our tv and hair dryer was broken. The wait staff at the pool were unhelpful and not attentive.

The resort has an array of facilities – pools, basketball and soccer courts, restaurant and spa. They also have a fair amount of dining options. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Georgia helped me find a local osteopath to treat a recurring back issue, which helped. I do think the house keeping of the rooms need to pay more attention to details – my room wasn’t swept properly and the bathroom has hair from the previous guest.

Nice hotel for area. Good food.

Great hotel once you get to property. Not the best area around it, over ran and dirty, but property other than beach is nice. Restaurant was great! Beds are very comfortable.

Very nice and spacious resort

Wonderful place! Lots of space, great service, nice pool though I wish the water were warmer. I wish they had a hot tub for cooler days. The reservation restaurant wasn’t as nice as the restaurant by the ocean. The area surrounding the resort was run down, but that’s not their fault. Overall an incredible place to stay.

A really peaceful stay in a very well equipped resort. We stayed in a superior suite which was absolutely excellent and the food on offer was always to a high standard. We had a car so it was easy to visit the neighbouring towns and villages but without a car it would have been impossible. Therefore, if you want to see more than just the hotel you do need a rental. Overall very pleased.

Arrived earlier than check in - told to use the facilities in the meantime and they’d call us when the room was ready. But they didn’t. Then gave us limited information at check in like eg where breakfast was. Waiters genuinely didn’t have a clue - such slow service. Worst meal of my life at Lime Bar. Staff didn’t tidy up after previous guests. The room smelt of very strong cleaning products but not in the positive sense. Corridors leading to our room reminded me of an old people’s home. Nothing about this was 5 star. Very lovely waiter at the sushi restaurant, however. He was the only positive.

A spacious hotel with extensive grounds and facilities. Being May and off peak it was not full and so had a relaxed vibe. It was easy to get seated in the restaurants and bar. Service good if slow and staff very friendly. We had a small issue as our booking wasnt transmitted properly from Expedia and so it was unclear to the hotel we had booked half board. A few suggestions for improvements would be that houskeeing were a bit random about changing towels/emptying bins etc. One day our shower mat disappeared and was not replaced until the next day Our minibar was totally empty until 2 days before we were leaving (not that we used it anyway) and there was no way to spread towels out to dry. The variety on the buffet for dinner was great but hot food was not really any more than warm. If there was a way to improve this and maybe heat the pkates that would help. The black rice and sushimi we had one night as part of the buffet were particularly good. Pizza restaurant was good and we also tried the a la carte restaurant which was lovely. Great parking tip for Catania from the front desk. Thank you.
