Such nice staff that truly care how your stay goes. Love that The couryard has a patio and kitchen. The fireplace gave the place a cozy feel. And location so close to Haystack rock was a plus. Almost perfect except a couple small things like a large pile of dog poo on the patio, but a short fence around ,so outside pet and animals don't get in, would fix that. Also a stain on the rug from patio door to middle of room made the room look "not so perfect". But the room otherwise looks and feels clean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows.

I paid for a premium room and was given a non-premium room. Sort of a bait and switch. When I checked in, they had another person’s credit card on my account. Wonder which account had my credit card. Was told a refund of the difference in the rooms would be issued. Been one week and no credit yet.
