Staff were excellent; room was great; location was great because of shuttle to V&A waterfront. My only objection was lunch and dinner menu-limited fairly boring menu. Plan ahead with shuttle timing and eat at V&A waterfront where there are lots of great places to eat.

The property was near the V&A Waterfront which was very convenient. It was a 10 minute walk or 3 minute (free (hourly)) shuttle bus ride. The hotel was pretty modern and the rooms were decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the spa and the gym, which were very quiet and more than sufficient. Breakfast was plentiful. Lots of choice and good tasting.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location with ocean views. Short complimentary shuttle bus to the V&A waterfront where there is fantastic dining and bars. Will definitely return.
