The female reception staff were surly and disinterested and arrogant. I unfortunately can’t name the individual because my post will then not be accepted, but I don’t think TATUM O’Neill would check into this hotel……the male reception staff were delightful. The porters were very helpful and the housekeeping good. Hotel overpriced for what is offered.

2 couples from Minnesota Arrived after dark from flight in Nelspruit, was greeted so nice ! We had a shaky start to our vacation due to missing luggage, a very late check-in, and the rooms we booked not being available. However, Ricardo and Alan went above and beyond to make sure our luggage was picked up and we had great rooms! Love them! Would definitely stay here again!

incredibly old hotel room - the carpeting definitely needs changing, there was only 1 usable power outlet, the shower drained very slowly and the AC unit made ruckus. the breakfast buffet was good, it's located next to lots of restaurants and the staff was friendly and polite.
