Staff were superb and room spacious. immaculately clean and very convenient. Only two criticisms: noisy room at night overlooking the main shopping street and the orange juice at breakfast was far from natural and fresh.

Lovely breakfast with a good range of options, well presented and friendly staff. The hotel itself is convenient for a city break, theatre visit across the road or just a spot of shopping. The room was comfortable and clean (the main security light emitted a green light though which was quite noticeable and could be looked at to cover over. Definitely recommend the hotel but, as a Welsh city centre hotel, there was a lack of bilingualism which is a shame.

Great stay

The hotel was great and very well located, a short walk to the main part of the city center. The staff was friendly, especially Joana from the reception. The check in was easy and the room was comfortable.

Needs some TLC tired decor

Have stayed here before and was more impressed the first time we stayed, this time the rooms looked more tired than us in the morning after being kept awake by the night club opposite. The breakfast was nice , but you only got a plate the size of a side plate.. the staff were all lovely and friendly.

perfect Stay

Our Business trip at the Leonardo Hotel was lovely , the satff were very helful and very friendly . The breakfast was very fresh and tasty . We also had a meal in the Grill which was very nice too . Would recommend this hotel !
