Another excellent stay. Great position- walk into Queenstown. Very comfortable room, plenty of space and great views over the lake. Staff very welcoming. Easy parking on site. Only negative was lack of housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels and no bed making etc. Not a game changer though.

Great check-in. Tristan at concierge was 10/10. He helped plan an amazing day for my husband and I. His suggestions made our day outstanding he truly is an asset to this hotel!!!

Having stopped here for lunch many times, I always wanted to stay as it looked so lovely! I was not disappointed. This place was just wonderful. From the room to the staff, food and grounds, I can not fault anything. The fireplace, inside and out was the best. The hot tub was relaxing as well.

Breakfast buffet is delicious! The building is located basically in the heart of Queenstown right next to the lake and everything is within walking distance. Thanks for having us.

It’s so perfectly located close to Airport and felt quite central. Close to Remarkables Shopping Centre, Five Mile and set in a truly picturesque location! Waking up to amazing views was soul recharge!
