On arrival bathroom was not cleaned well. Dust everwhere, soap /shampoo containers covered in spilled out product. Bathroom door was filthy, had to wipe it down myself. The bedding was fine along with the rest of the room. Room had alot of wear and tear but not too bad.

This is a nice new hotel, close to airport, about 20 minutes from down town. Everthing is great except there is not enough parking. Many guest have to fight over a few available parking spots or pay for parking at near by parking lot. Hotel has rented out most of its parking leaving guests out of luck.

Aside from extremely limited free parking this is a superb hotel experience. My ground floor corner room was much more spacious than the very nice studio rooms on higher floors, with a full-size refrigerator and a super washer & dryer. Everything was sparklingly clean and seemed brand new. Every staff member I interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. They even act as baristasto help with coffee drinks. The mountain-view rooms have a spactacular view of the Remarkables mountains. If you can't afford to stay in Queenstown proper, this is a terrific option, only a 10-minutes drive or less to the city center. You are over a mile from the airport and are not bothered by airport activities at all. Oh, and a Pak n Save grocery store is only two minutes away. I look forward to staying here again.

The hotel was nice and modern. Included a washer and dryer. There are not many parking spaces for hotel guests as they are predominantly used for residents. You have to pay to park in a gravel lot behind the hotel. It is very reasonably priced.

This is a very nice looking property, but there were several things that were annoying. The whole light set up was weird. No bedside lamps, the overhead reading lights were very bright and shone straight down into your eyes if you were laying down. Bathroom light switch was on the outside so you had to have the door open to switch on the light. Since the bathroom was in the bedroom you couldn’t do that without it bothering anyone that was in bed. No windows that opened, and no air conditioning in the bedroom area, so if you shut the door from the main area it would be stifling in the bedroom. Not big stuff, but irritating.

One night in a ground-floor, standard room: small, clean, rather poorly furnished but comfortable bed, expensive for what it was. “Mountain View” supplement wasted, as view on ground floor mainly of car park. A second night in a first-floor, mountain-view apartment”: infinitely superior for a modest supplement. Well-equipped kitchenette, lacking only a roll of kitchen towels! Car parking very limited - a real pain if one wants to eat out in the evening, as space availability unlikely on return. The only La Quinta property I’ve stayed at that I would consider revisiting!

Nice quiet area compared with Queenstown itself. Close to lots of shopping and access to outlying areas. Near airport. Nice new hotel, couldn’t fault it 10 put of 10 Lots of rabbits in field opposite if you like rabbit watching lol!

We got a standard room with mountain view. There was hardly any view since the window is essentially barred with these huge metal beams that ran diagonally across the windows which significantly blocks any mountain view. The room was very small, it basically fits a king bed and that was it. Soundproofing was bad. I could hear water running down the drain from upstairs, and neighbours opening and closing their doors. TV was very small for current hotel standard and not even a smart TV which doesn't support any sort of phone mirroring or casting. No room to fit a couch or coffee table. There was a bedside table and a round stool really awkwardly positioned in the hallway right outside the bathroom, as there was no other place or room to place them.

Multiple stays over last couple of years. Front desk staff always pleasant,very helpful. Rooms well kept. Puzzle: why some refrigerators adjacent to walls have the doors set to open against the wall/heavy curtains? Not awful, but opening towards the inner space makes more sense. Cleaning staff are always helpful, hardworking. I would stay more often if more openable windows for ventilation. Great location and beds are comfortable. If there is any problem, it is an inadequate fire escape system. One single central wooden-step staircase to service all floors. Hopefully it will never be put to the test. The location and the people staffing the hotel make this a pleasant place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! It's conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself is very nice and clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because, while they advertise free parking, there aren’t enough spots to accommodate all the guests. I ended up paying an extra $10 per day for parking, which was a bit frustrating.
