Good for a night but that's it

Good for a night stay if your on a long road trip. Building is very dated, and upgrades were done very poorly. Door didn't close on it's once had to close door every time. Bathroom faucet was about to fall apart. Drywall repair in bathroom not finished.

The property was ok. Hallways could be cleaner. When I booked on Expedia it said dog friendly, but when I did the online registration it said dogs not allowed , and there would be a $250 charge. This wasn’t true.

No secured wifi. Used my phone hotspot data for 3 days. Tried to check out early due to the lack of secure wifi. Management refused to refund my last day stay that I was unable to use. Expedia also tried to get a refund without success. I do not recommend if you want data privacy.

Chambre agréable mais qui sentait un peu le renfermé et très bruyante en raison de la route et de la qualité des fenêtres. Très bon restaurant partenaire, le royal Kitchen, et piscine très appréciable.

This was one of the most disappointing and unsettling hotel stays I've experienced, especially as a parent traveling with children. Safety Concerns: The exterior door to our section of the hotel was never locked, and the outdoor areas — including stairs and hallways — were poorly lit. Even more disturbing, we repeatedly saw suspicious individuals loitering around the property. Two particular men appeared each time my fiancée and children went to the car, watching us and then walking behind nearby tractor trailers while talking on their phones. This behavior made us feel extremely unsafe and unprotected. Cleanliness Issues: The room was far below acceptable cleanliness standards. The bathroom appeared untouched, with a heavy buildup of dirt and grime. The beds were worse — it was obvious the sheets hadn’t been changed. They were gritty, dirty, and filled with small stones and debris, as if someone had slept in them with muddy shoes. It was absolutely unacceptable Staff Behavior: The front desk and hotel staff were rude and completely unhelpful. Family-Friendly? Absolutely Not. Between the suspicious activity, unclean rooms, and dismissive service, this hotel is not a safe or appropriate environment for families. I cannot recommend it to anyone, especially those traveling with kids. Until this hotel addresses its major security,cleanliness,and customer service problems, I suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.this stay made us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and unsafe

The place had lots of mold, and dirty stuff behind the bed and night stand and on rooftop, also the exit doors from outside had not safety and opened without needing to put your room keys.

Building reeks of cigarette smoke, Ice machine on second floor is torn apart and broken. Room refrigerator in the hall ways, Area for guest technologies has missing computer parts. No in room coffee pots. Ironically there is an Ice bucket in the room.

NOT STAYING AGAIN.

Check in was fast. Other than that this place is terrible! We got the key, and went in to the property with no key at all! Not safe, all the doors are open, one of them maybe worked but somebody put a rock to stop it from closing, so… lots of bugs going around, we found so so many in the room, YUCK! (Earwigs) and we found a dirty towel on the bathroom. We were so afraid of sleeping because those insect were everywhere. The smoke went to our room, theres a bar here so on the weekend here was loud. We will NEVER stay here again, no matter how cheap. OH And the breakfast was NO NO good. I thought at least that, but there was nothing hot, just bread, coffee and a few cereal.
All the doors was open, everyone can go in, including bugs.
Wood planks, can of paints, broken refrigerator on the halls.
Found my bathroom like this, with a dirty towel.
Lots of bugs everywhere.

The first room had trash still on the floor from the previous person, blankets were stained, fridge didnt work so i went to the desk and the moved us. The new room also had trash still on the floor including a flossing pick that my >2 found and almost put in her mouth. Really just needed a place to rest our heads though i did think days inn was better then that
